We believe the systemic transformation
of society requires all of us.

Our practice looks toward a future of equity and justice for all, by beginning on the individual level and growing out to our organizations. We raise, challenge and foster ideas, anchored in foundational research and social science for our clients.
The goal always remains the same: to imagine and create more equitable outcomes for everyone, to move towards true collective freedom.

Our Approach
We focus on topics of race, inclusion, whiteness and accountability. We are dedicated to investigating the beliefs that change actions and ultimately, reconstruct the systems we live, work and participate in.

As well as providing the academic and social science research, we have found for long lasting equitable changes in organizations, we have to work with beliefs and introduce protocols to provide space for new ideas and behaviors to take root.
This is what we believe makes us stand apart.
Our work is distinctly unique and rooted in three main areas:
Heart, Mind and Body.
1. THE HEART
What we believe.

Rooted in interpersonal, relational and behavioral outcomes. Challenging these ideas requires honest conversation and deep internal investigation. The goal is to raise consciousness of our communication, behaviors and actions within ourselves, and communities.
2. THE MIND
How we think.
​
How we understand the world is established by personal and learned frameworks. Being able to both imagine and construct new ones requires intellectual and academic study to evolve and grow in the ways we think about community.
3. THE BODY
How we act.

Working through academic teaching, protocols, tools and agreements, we work toward re-thinking power structures, and begin to move in step toward broader collective equity and accountability.
Client Relations
We work with a diverse array of clients and companies, people who are part of many different local, national and global communities. Our clients include some of the largest names in entertainment, financial institutions, venture capital groups, authors, writers, multi-media artists and some of the most influential advertising agencies on the planet.
We also work with clients from K- 12 public and private higher education systems, city and state government leadership, small businesses, non-profit groups, grassroots organizations, start up companies across various industries as well as, intimate family and friend groupings.

We often work with adults. We love working with children and youth, as well.
​
The work we do is hard. It's messy. We do not judge. We believe that the real magic of this work that makes true learning, real relationships and the most imaginative ideas stick- is often born of mistakes, conflicts, errors and disagreement. Mistakes are natural opportunities to try again, but differently.
We create an open environment, where people feel supported exploring and untangling these massive, challenging ideas and topics. Where our clients can start to build habits that take hold.
Therefore, all the work we do, every client we work with, and everything said within our sessions is and will always remain confidential.
